The GPSS Finance and Budget (F&B) Committee is composed of the GPSS Treasurer and 5-9 "Finance" Senators, with the Director of the Student Activities and Union Facilities (or a designee) as a non-voting ex-officio member. The F&B Committee has authority over most special and departmental allocation requests, including advertisement of their availability, as well as for recommending an annual budget to the full GPSS Senate. The GPSS F&B Committee meets at least twice per month during the school year, or more frequently as needed.
